A. Because of the intricate detail and time consuming Specialty Products that we produce. We require a 5 business day production time to work on Cookies, Cupcakes, & Cakes. We start production 5 days or more prior to delivery (depending on detail) You would have until 5 days prior to that point to cancel the order.
WARNING NOTICE: A 50% cancellation fee will be charged if we do not receive a 5 business days notice.
